Our people

Our directors are the heart of our business. Ash and Mike are passionate about the business and what we offer our clients. While we do have our own specialist areas, we always work together to support the business as a whole.

Ash Pama

Ash has developed and managed many projects in Wellington including Duel on Vivian, Design builds for tenant, A Retail complex in Newtown and Riddiford Mews – for HNZ.

Mike Cole

Mike has significant insight into working with and leading other consultants, local authorities and contractors to achieve creative and innovative solutions to the design brief. His involvement on several multi-million dollar projects both in Auckland and in Wellington has lead to some of New Zealands most notable projects including Red Ginger, 32 Cuba St, Bogaki Offices and Chaffers Dock.
